3 I  Solutions is glad to introduce Innovative teaching aid kits developed for newly recruited RRC Trackman and Gateman. Illustrative books, posters, computer based functional literacy(CBFL), practical training manual focuses on learning job duties and responsibilities innovatively. We have developed school and field training kits for the trainees based on the syllabus set by Railway board letter number 183/2019. We have developed the training modules in different illustrative innovative techniques using modern teaching aids and under the guidance of retired railway experts. We providetraining for Trackman / Gateman/ SSE/JE'S, Railway  Contractor  Employees, supervisors  and Railway associate companies.  This approach is first of its kind in Indian Railway history.
